"Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. They made a mistake by dropping they wrong car from my policy, creating a lapse in coverage that they would not resolve. Would not return phone calls. Finally answered after I called 30+ times and then hung up on me. DO NOT use this agent. 2ND EDIT" Dakota responded again. None of my review was inaccurate. Look at his response, he admits SF made a mistake. Do you see an apology for any mistake they made anywhere? At least one of those mistakes will cost me a fine. His website indicates his office has a combined experience of 25 years - based on online comments about staff I would estimate 4/5 staff - so very roughly about 5 years average. His agency also was only started about one year before COVID. This makes sense. A very young staff used to dealing with customers in an impersonal way - a number versus a client - once a mistake is made they don't know how to handle it unless it fits into their system. Dakota, I really do hope you succeed - as a business owner I love the entrepreneurial spirit - but think long and hard about your decisions - maybe back to your first job when you were taught how to treat customers. EDIT: Dakota Andrews responded to this review, indicating they advised me to pay insurance before the policies were combined. This is incorrect. I was SPECIFICALLY advised on two occasions to wait to pay the bill until they were combined. This was specifically from Olivia's directions - Dakota's wife. You can now add lying to the list of unprofessional acts this agency has committed. Additionally they DID NOT notify me of their mistake in dropping the wrong vehicle - it was only discovered AFTER State Farm informed the NC DMV that I had a lapse - due to SF's mistake - and I received a letter from the NC DMV with a fine. Additionally I did not yell at Dakota on the phone - he raised his voice and then hung up - it was obvious he did not want to deal with a mistake made by State Farm. As a business owner for over 25 years this was the most unprofessional interaction I have encountered. Dakota - the way you treat customers must be due to your youth and inexperience - a word of advice - its not the mistakes you make - its how you try to resolve them that matters - and you failed miserably in this case."
"Tad, unfortunately our corporate office made a human error and removed the wrong vehicle, which our office caught and made you aware of and had it corrected for you. You were also advised that the lapse on that specific vehicle would be corrected on our end, and it was. During this processing time you were made aware on multiple occasions that if a payment wasn't made by the cancellation date that you WOULD incur a lapse and have to pay the fine. You advised us that you were not paying anything until everything was resolved. We tried to advise against this again but you chose to wait to pay. When you called back to back today we texted you letting you know that we were all on the other line but if you'd leave a voicemail we would call you back ASAP, you continued to call repeatedly while my team and I were still on the phone helping other customers. When we were able to answer you immediately started yelling and speaking over me, at which point I did have to take control of the conversation and advised you to choose another office that could better serve you and attend to your needs. I would like to clarify that some of the statements in your edited review about myself and my office are inaccurate. In the future, when asked to leave a voicemail via text, it’s best to do so as it helps us manage all customer requests efficiently. As a business owner, I hope you understand that we cannot address every inquiry at once. We expect for our customers to treat us with the same mutual kindness and respect that we do for them. I’m sorry that you feel as if expecting that is unprofessional. Best wishes to you in the future"

"After talking to the agent several times, Jacqi insured me that l was coverage and everything went through with no problem, then three weeks later got a phone call from her saying the company has drop three cars from full coverage to liability, two out of the three cars is new. This lady text and called me for months to get insurance with this company. I should have trusted my quilt and keep what l had. I was at work when l received this news, then in a flight and fight mode to get these new cars with full coverage. Never again with this company 😒. Please don't trust them!!!"
